FixPicAI helps users fix overexposed photos online with AI. This policy explains what we collect, how uploaded images are used, and how long repair files are stored.
We collect account information from Google sign-in, including your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
We collect usage information needed to operate the product, including repair job status, selected repair mode, credit usage, payment status, and basic technical metadata.
We store uploaded image file keys, result file keys, metadata, expiration time, and task status. We do not store image binary data directly in the database.
For abuse prevention, we may store a salted hash of the request IP. We do not intentionally store plain-text IP addresses for credit balance calculation.
Uploaded images are used only to process the requested overexposed photo repair.
Your images are not publicly displayed and are not used in examples, marketing, or galleries unless you explicitly authorize that use.
Original photos, processed inputs, thumbnails, and fixed results are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage where configured.
Free results are stored for 24 hours.
Batch Pack results are stored for 90 days.
Pro Pack results are stored for 90 days.
Expired files may be deleted automatically. Expired files cannot be restored after deletion.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. FixPicAI stores payment status, product, credit grant amount, and provider identifiers needed to fulfill purchases and prevent duplicate credit grants.
Credits are granted only after a verified payment webhook is received. A payment=success URL parameter does not grant credits.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate FixPicAI, such as authentication, storage, hosting, AI processing providers, payment processing, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance partners.
We use access controls and private object storage where possible. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design FixPicAI to limit access to uploaded images and payment-related records.
